Water, sewer and trash are paid. Quarterly pest prevention is provided. Washer and dryer are available for all tenants. COST: Rent $500/month; security deposit $400; pet fee, if applicable, $250; application fee $40. An approved applicant who leases receives a $15 credit at lease signing.
