place to be in br!!
southgate is the place to be in br!! - it’s very safe; i love the covered parking and gated entry - it’s in a great location, under 5 mins to the box, death valley, campus and tiger town!! ..and the team at southgate is very friendly and responsive.

apartment !
i love southgate ! it’s very close to everything including LSU , and the stadium . the pool is very nice and the apartment itself is just very nice ! very thankful to live here !!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and loved every second! the staff is so accommodating works to fix every potential problem immediately!

Lived here for years and LOVED IT!
The staff are so customer service oriented. Any time I had a question or put in a service request they were so on top of it! My favorite things about my apartment were the big walk-in closet and how quiet it was. I shared a wall with the elevator, but thanks to the concrete walls (and floors) I never even heard it once. Felt like living in a quiet neighborhood, with the convenience of being right next to campus!
