Great tour!
Cody was an amazing leasing agent, very helpful, informative, and friendly. He really made the entire process and tour very easy. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the tour and pointed out all the benefits at Perkins Road. I really can’t wait to move in!

Love the Terraces at Perkins Rowe!
This community is amazing and offer's so much for its residents. There is so many restaurants and shops right outside your door and resident's even receive discounts around Perkins Rowe! The maintenance team is always quick to service and I will be staying here a long time.

Amazing Community!
The tour I just had with leasing specialist was amazing the community is well cleaned and the hallways to the building smells amazing for a pet friendly complex. I was greeted with smiling faces and left very pleased with what I’ve seen. They are on the top of my list.

Black mold.
This place is absolutely terrible. I was overly patient with this group for months trying to tell them I had mold in my apartment (sick the entire time) and they would NOT believe me and tried to talk me out of believing it. I KNEW something wasn't right so I paid for a $900 mold inspection and it came back with immense amounts of black mold. The AC unit was improperly installed. They STILL came back at me for leaving my lease early. Worst ever.
