I wish we had a clubhouse that had a pool, gym, and somewhere to print. It's a little disappointing that the amenities we get are less than those in other communities, but we pay more in rent.

Everything is great, I hope/wish they will powerwash the houses/patios before the next lease starts! Just some small complaints but nothing major! I do like the style and that everything is new!

I have the house to myself and it's great. The people who work in the leasing office are great people very kind and likes the work with people. Lastly, the community does giveaways which is very cool. They also do things like pizza night, breakfast on the go, etc.

The living space is very nice and comfortable overall, even though there are not many things to do within the immediate area. I have noticed that sometimes the maintenance can take a while, which is my only concern. Overall, the staff are super friendly and through events to make residents feel at home and create a community!
