Day 1 of me moving in we saw roaches. None of my windows were sealed correctly and If I had a camping tent, That would’ve given me more shelter from all the pest. Almost every maintenance request gets marked as “resolved” even though the workers didn’t fix the issue. I can’t even unpack because I’m too focused on fixing everything myself to maybe stop all the wasps from invading nightly. The only thing that they did right was the leasing part. They made that REAL easy, because that’s all they care about is getting you to sign the lease trapping you here, only to ignore your emails after signing the lease. Rent at your own Risk! All I wanted was a decent, pest free, normal place to live and instead I was handed a unit that wasn’t even habitable. My AC unit didn’t even have a filter in it at all, and then when I checked the vent it was just filled with black mold circulating throughout the unit. I feel like they took advantage of me and I haven’t had one single peaceful nights sleep since moving here. This has been a nightmare. Wasps everywhere nonstop buzzing that’s making me go nuts on top of no sleep.

Great Experiance so far!
I've had a great experience so far here! The office staff are really nice and understanding and try their best to get my work orders done as quickly as they can when i call or email. The maintenance guys are really nice and they usually come same day when i put something in. I've loved it here so far and can't wait to see what else they do with the property!
