Apartment Description

Let’s face it. Part of the college experience includes having as much fun as possible.
But after the first year, most students are ready to settle down and focus on
the future. However, this can be difficult to do when loud music and parties go on
... long into the night. That’s why at The Villas on Brightside we’re serious about offering quiet,
comfortable accommodations for students who are serious about their education.
The Villas on Brightsideis just minutes from LSU at 1645 Brightside (2.17 miles),
with easy access to major thorough ways and shopping centers. This intimate
community also offers one of the only covered bus stops right in front of the
community. Bus routes cover the entire LSU campus.

Of course, even serious students find time to enjoy a little free time. Gather with
your friends poolside for an afternoon of relaxation in our outside pool. Or go for
a ride on the bike path conveniently located next to the community.

On-site maintenance and repair of the buildings is provided by staff. Emergency
maintenance is available by calling the office 24 hours a day.
